Getting dressed in the morning, it’s not always the easiest task. Carrie was right, it’s pretty much like confronting the eternal puzzle indeed. A closet full of clothes, nothing to wear. I’m having a bit of a fuzzy morning today, and my mind is wandering. It seems to do that a lot lately!
With me, it goes a little something like this:
[1.] How come I only have one sock of each pair? Where did the others go?
[2.] I know I have about 10 striped shirts, but I really want to wear THAT one. Where the hell is it?
[3.] I feel like wearing my new dress today, I don’t care about the weather forecasts. I’m just going to do it. The bf walks in: “You do know that it’s only going to be 10 degrees today?” Don’t listen to him. He knows nothing. Get the trusty Cutler and Gross sunglasses out!
[4.] I swear this outfit looked ten times better when I made a flat lay of it yesterday.
[5.] Do I need to wear a coat today? Yes? No?
[6.] After trying on ten different pairs of shoes: I need new shoes.
[7.] Would anyone notice that I’ve worn these jeans about 4 times this week already?
[8.] I’m going back to bed.
[9.] I wish I could stay in my warm and cuddly bathrobe all day. What would happen if I did?
[10.] What? Only 5 minutes left? I thought I still had like an hour!
Recognise any of the above? Do you feel like Carrie as well? Let me know in the comments!
